Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Therefore, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or method of payment will automatically be credited within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take a while for your refund to officially appear.
Then contact your bank. Refund posting is usually preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at moniveraas@gmail.com and send your item to: O'lagar ribeiro 5, 1b, ribeiro, pobra do caramiñal, C, 15940, Spain.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to yourself with the intention of giving it to yourself later, we will send the refund to you so you know that you have returned your gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75€, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
